Introducing: Reservoir Points Reward System

As we prepare to grow our community and help accelerate the adoption of stablecoins and real world assets (RWA), we’re excited to offer a way for users to get rewarded for helping make Reservoir the most trusted and scalable decentralized stablecoin protocol on the market.

For those who don’t know, Reservoir was built to bring the next generation of stablecoins to the forefront—scalable, efficient, and yield-bearing, all while being decentralized and permissionless. The rUSD stablecoin and yield products, all of which are backed by digital and RWA, offer more consistent yields, even through volatile market conditions. Whether you hold rUSD, our liquid yielding asset srUSD, or our term-based yielding asset trUSD, we’ve got something for everyone.

How The Reservoir Points Program Will Work:

Our new points system is designed to create long term alignment between Reservoir's users and the protocol itself. Below is a quick breakdown of how rewards will work for Season 1 - which will start on launch day:

• Points Distribution: Users will accumulate 1 point per 1 rUSD held per day, with points accruing daily.
  

• Launch Box Bonus: If you’ve received a Reservoir Launch Box, you’ll get a 50% multiplier bonus - meaning you’ll earn 1.5 points per rUSD held per day. The first 10 users who onboard using your referral code will earn a 50% multiplier bonus.
  

• Referrals: Any user is able to create a referral code and share it with their community. Any user who shares their referral code that drives 100+ users & $1M TVL (during Season 1), will be eligible for a 50% multiplier bonus.
  

• Hodler Bonus: Season 1 rUSD holders will earn a multiplier into Season 2 and 3, provided they maintain the same or greater rUSD balance moving forward.

• Referral Bonus: Each user that interacts with Reservoir will receive a unique referral code that, if shared, will result in additional points for TVL referred. Click here to get started!
  

• Additional Season 1 Incentives: Additional incentives may be introduced in Season 1 in the coming weeks.
